Love this company. The best place to get boxes in the city. Don't order from ULINE or anywhere else, get better boxes from AM for less. I placed a relatively small order a few months back (100 boxes) and once I got home I realized that the boxes were the wrong size. They were close, but would not work, so I needed to exchange them. I called and instead of me having to bring the boxes back to the office, AM sent a truck to my house and exchanged the boxes! Talk about great service. I will continue to use AM for all of my shipping supply needs. Great products and staff.

My company has been buying boxes from this company for about a decade.
Their prices are very good, in some cases, beating the prices of the Middletown and Dayton corrugated box manufacturer's own on-line prices (because A&M buys in bulk and passes those saving along to their customers). NOTE: If you need a special size box, shipping tubes cut to a specific length, or something odd - - they don't say "No", they say "Let us call our manufacturer and get you pricing." How's that for frickin' fantastic service?
The first-generation of the family is still at A&M and the second-generation is modernizing the day-to-day operations. Everyone in the office is friendly and pleasant, as are the sales staff and even the truck drivers (the warehouse help? Well "out of site, out of mind" is likely best).
The only problem I have with this company is their website. Of the thousands of websites I visit every year, for some reason, A&M's website always locks-up / seizes my computer requiring I reboot (the fifth time this happened, I quit trying to utilize their website). This is a bit annoying - - but I can always call or visit in person (if you walk in the door to buy one box or 5,000 they'll get you taken care of during that visit, no need to come back!).
I would highly recommend this company to other businesses and on-line retailers / Internet stores: Fast, friendly, timely, well-stocked, great prices - - since they've got everything covered, why bother getting shipping supplies anywhere else? I live two-miles from a corrugated box manufacturer - - yet I'll drive 50-miles to buy boxes from A&M due to their extensive inventory, pricing and service.
